Consent to the processing of personal data
I hereby give my express consent for EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, s.r.o., with its registered office at K Vápence 1633/14, 692 01 Mikulov, CRN 27451321, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 87752, to process my personal data as a controller to the following extent:
- Identifying information contained in the form/application for employment
- Additional data requested by the controller
to establish and operate the Global Human Capital Management System, which will collect selected personal data on the controller's job applicants, the controller's employees and other persons related to the controller and other Emerson Group entities, for the purpose of standardizing processes based on local requirements and rules and to support the Emerson Group's management, business and human resource management.
The personal data will be processed for the duration of the selection procedure for my employment, the negotiations on my employment relationship, or for the duration of my employment relationship or the duration of my business cooperation with the controller, and for one year after the end of the selection procedure for my employment. I acknowledge that after the end of the contractual negotiations or termination of the contractual relationship with the controller, my personal data will only be processed to the extent and in the manner required by the relevant legislation.
I give my consent to my personal data being shared and transferred abroad for processing to the following countries and entities:

I acknowledge the following:
If I believe that EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, s.r.o. or its processors process my personal data in violation of the protection of my private or personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data processed is inaccurate, I may:
- request an explanation,
- request that the controller or processor remedy the situation (in particular, block, rectify, supplement or destroy the personal data),
- lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
