Accountant

For our manufacturing plant Copeland Mikulov we are looking for a colleague for the position of Accountant. On this position you will be responsible for general accounting activities and operations as well as for month-end and year-end closure. Do you enjoy working with numbers? Your main responsibilities will be:

• Cash and non-cash operations in domestic and foreign currency
• Records of received and sent invoices and internal bills
• Preparation and control of VAT returns
• Cooperation with auditors, banks, tax advisors and other external subjects
• Preparation of audit materials
• Review and correction of accounting records and processes
• Administration of set evidence
• Management of assigned projects in all phases

Ideal candidate:

• Has completed secondary school in the field of Finance, a university degree is an advantage
• Has good orientation and experience with accounting (US GAAP is an advantage)
• Can use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Has awareness of key tenets of accounting
• Speaks English at a communicative level
