Our company brings comfort to people globally. For our Mikulov plant we are looking for a colleague (m/w) for the position of Logistics Champion. The Logistics Champion is mainly responsible for leading the application of processes improvement in a field of Logistics and for a material flow concerning our strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with others on our new production of scroll technology compressors.
- Responsibility for an internal product flow, including a supply chain from the supplier to the customer.
- Definition of a right technology for manipulation and storage of compressors, including the ordering agenda, installation and qualification.
- Implementing lean methods and continuous improvement methods.
- Development of other team members in logistics and lean management.
- Providing kaizen events and workshops.
- Leading projects concerning processes improvement, focused on our plant's key KPIs.
- Active participation on strategic project's planning in Logistics and Lean Management.
Ideal candidate:
- University degree (preferably in a Technical field, Logistics or Lean Management).
- Three year's experience at the similar position.
- Experience with leading and setting up logistics processes.
- Using of continuous improvement tools and systematics problem solving.
- English language on a communicative level.
- Used to team work, able to organize Kaizen events and workshops.
- Proactive and winning mindset.
- Personality traits: Systematic problem approach; proactive approach; independent; action-oriented; business-oriented; team player; ability to engage other team members.
