Exciting Opportunity at Copeland Plant in Mikulov: Join Us as an Engineering Change Coordinator!

Are you ready to take on a new challenge in your career? At our Copeland plant in Mikulov, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our R&D Department as an Engineering Change Coordinator. In this key role, you will manage engineering changes, oversee the administration of related databases, and coordinate the steps necessary for their successful implementation in production. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to your success.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the accurate and timely implementation of engineering changes in production
• Follow up on the status of all changes and ensure smooth transitions
• Support the integration of new products into standard production processes
• Provide ongoing support in dealing with system inconsistency

Ideal candidate:

• Completed secondary education, preferable in a technical or economic field; a university degree is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Czech language skills at least at B2 level
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with MS Access. databases and Power BI is an advantage
• A technical background is a plus
