Engineering Change Coordinator

We are looking for a new team member for the position of Engineering Change Coordinator at our manufacturing plant in Mikulov, part of Copeland. Your main responsibility will be managing and processing engineering changes, implementing them into the production process, and closely collaborating with other departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the correct and flawless implementation of engineering changes into the production process.
• Creating and updating items in the ERP system.
• Creating and modifying bills of materials based on valid documentation.
• Participating in the implementation of new products into serial production.
• Contributing to achieving key performance indicators of the department.

Ideal candidate:

• Secondary technical or economic education.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Czech at a minimum B2 level.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Advantages: technical awareness and ability to work with technical documentation; knowledge of MS Access or database systems.
