HSE Specialist

Your main responsibility will be supporting and improving processes in the area of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in our production plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, report and analyze statistics related to Health, Safety and Environment.
• Handle daily operational tasks (e.g., ordering and issuing PPE).
• Identify potential risks and propose measures to improve processes.
• Cooperate in investigating workplace injuries and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in safety- and environment-focused projects.
• Take part in both external and internal audits.
• Update internal guidelines, operational rules and implement global standards.

Ideal candidate:

• Secondary school education (suitable also for graduates).
• Responsible mindset and interest in HSE topics.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Communicative level of English.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• University degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in HSE and/or project management.
