HSE Specialist

Copeland Mikulov is looking for a new colleague for the position of HSE Specialist.

Your main task will be to support and improve processes related to health, safety, and environmental protection in our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, report, and analyze statistics in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Manage daily operations (e.g., ordering and distributing personal protective equipment).
• Identify potential risks and propose measures for process improvement.
• Collaborate on resolving workplace injuries and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in projects focused on safety and environmental protection.
• Take part in internal and external audits.
• Update internal guidelines, operating procedures, and implement global policies.

Ideal candidate:

• High school diploma (a university degree in Safety Engineering is an advantage).
• Responsible approach and interest in HSE (suitable for graduates).
• Experience in HSE and project management – an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• English at a communicative level – an advantage.
