Quality Engineer

For our Copeland plant in Mikulov, we are looking for a colleague for the position of Quality Engineer. The main task of this position will be to ensure the quality of products, production processes and testing in the production plant. You will also be responsible for testing process, problem solving and their analysis. Does it sounds like a new challenge to you? Your main responsibilities will be:

• Systematic analyses and problem-solving concerning a manufacturing process and a testing process
• Being responsible for decreasing of customer complaints and discrepancies
• Leading of quality products improvement processes and manufacturing improvement processes
• Cooperation among the quality department and manufacturing department concerning the new quality improvement tools
• Qualification of new products, new products lines and manufacturing machines into the manufacturing and testing process

Ideal candidate:

• Has completed secondary school in a technical field (a university degree in engineering or a related field is an advantage)
• Has an experience in a manufacturing environment
• Can use MS Office, has a good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Speaks English at least at a communicative level
• Can focus on detail, has the ability to find inconsistencies
• Is familiar with ISO 9001 and quality tools (all that is an advantage)
