Project Engineer

Join our Engineering Team and contribute to the development of advanced refrigeration solutions used around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- New product development, design concept, creating / updating new product specification
- New product concept generation
- Project management - project cost control, project and resources planning, optimization and cost reduction of components, optimization of control systems and logics.Mechanical engineering (components sizing, systems mathematical models set up, ...)
- Engineering/Lab project team leading, work prioritization, motivation, tasks assignments.
- Prototyping and troubleshooting, test equipment design.
- Plan, supervise and evaluate qualification, verification and validation tests of compressors, components and systems.
- Performance and reliability testing, test data processing and evaluation, writing engineering reports
- Technical support for customers, cooperation with production, procurement, quality and other company departments. Cooperation and coordination with colleagues from other European Locations, US and Asia, DFMEA, Risks mitigation.
- Certification of products / components according to applicable standards.
Ideal candidate:
- Master's degree of mechanical or electromechanical Engineering (Thermodynamics).
- More than 1-2 years technical position in industrial environment.
- Experience with product certification processes, with project team leadership.
- English language – B2, Czech - fluent- both mandatory for this position.
- MS Office daily user (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Production technology knowledge.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel worldwide.

- Knowledge of compressor and electrical motors
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems

- GD&T, Stack-Up analysis
- Advanced Excel programing
