Product Planner
We are looking for a motivated Product Planner for our Copeland Plant located in Mikulov, Czech Republic.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing successfully new product developments (NPDs) related to Climate Europe product portfolio i.e., scroll compressors, condensing units and integrated solutions. Through the leadership of cross-functional teams, you will execute projects through the Phase-Gate process with an emphasis on meeting customer requirements and specifications, hitting project financial targets, and achieving time to market goals.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Project management in the development of innovative products from concept to series
- Apply Copeland´s NPD Gate Process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the globe
- Establish and ensure all team members work towards a clear and common goal and drive the team to make recommendations and decisions
- Balance stakeholder expectations by effective communication
- Lead the preparation and presentation of Project Reviews to the Senior Management
- Optimization of our processes and toolchains
Ideal candidate:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Studies or related fields
- Three (3) years experience in project management, product development, or similar multi-functional leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player and networker with ability to tackle complex challenges
- Willing to travel in Europe
- Very good written and verbal English knowledge, other European languages are an asset
