IT Specialist Junior

We are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious Junior IT Specialist! Join our Copeland Mikulov team to bridge IT and manufacturing, focusing on technology that supports and optimizes production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooperation on managing and maintaining IT production systems, equipment, data networks, and FTP servers.
• Provide daily support for production systems, servers, printers, scanners, and LLS stations.
• Cooperation to resolve IT-related issues directly on the shopfloor.
• Maintain servers, backups, access rights, and troubleshoot PCs and laptops.

Ideal candidate:

• University degree in IT or secondary school.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software.
• Good communication skills in Czech.
• Strong passion and interest to develop in IT and work for a large production organization.
• Experience of 1+ year in a similar IT support role is a plus.
• Advantages: experience with production technologies (PLC, RTU, sensors) and industrial
• systems (Scada, MES, HMI); fluency in English would be a plus but not required.
