Production Operator

Copeland Mikulov is expanding its production team!

We’re looking for reliable and skilled manual workers who aren’t afraid of physical work.

Join us and take part in the production of technologies that play a key role in everyday life – including compressors, condensing units, heat pumps, and electric motors used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems.

What to expect:

• Varied work on the assembly line following production instructions.
• Assembly of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Team collaboration to achieve production goals.
• Opportunity to braze copper piping systems (we will train you).
• Participation in training sessions and skill development.

Who we're looking for:

• You have a team-oriented mindset, and you're careful and responsible.
• You have a willingness to learn new things.
• You are physically fit and manually skilled.
• You approach work in a proactive and detailed manner.
• Do you have experience with brazing? It's an advantage! But even if you don't, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

 

This is a single-shift position from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

In the future, there may be an opportunity to transition to shift work based on production needs.
