Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) projects within the Copeland portfolio. You will drive projects from concept to production, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPD projects across the full lifecycle (concept → launch).
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Gate Management Process.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Operations, etc.).
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation and compliance.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-launch reviews.

Ideal candidate:

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of project/program management experience, ideally in NPD.
• Experience with complex industrial/mechanical products.
• HVACR or similar industry background preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European language is an asset.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is preferred.
• An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
