Quality Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality technicians and for product analysis. Your key focus will be ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are effectively implemented and followed.
• Coordinate training for new staff and assess ongoing development needs.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans when necessary.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve product issues and manage complaint investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support audit readiness and maintain compliance with internal procedures.

Ideal candidate:

• Short-cycle education degree with 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or technical environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Fluent in English and Czech.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advantages: bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; experience working in a multinational organization; familiarity with personnel management tools and performance tracking systems.
