PLC Programmer Junior

For our Mikulov plant we are looking for a colleague for the position of PLC Programmer Junior. The PLC Programmer Junior is responsible for specification of a new equipment, communication with suppliers and implementation of equipment in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specification of new equipment, communication with suppliers and implementation of equipment in production.
• Creation and maintenance of PLC programs and setting up production lines to ensure the best safety, quality and production efficiency.
• Support the design and setup of production lines to ensure the best safety, quality and production efficiency.
• Compliance and implementation of corporate program standards in new and existing facilities.
• Problem-solving in cooperation with maintenance and IT.
• Processing of documentation related to the handover of production equipment to operation and ensuring the required external and internal requirements.
• Support/implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Analysis of current conditions and suggestions for improvement.

Ideal candidate:

• University/College/Secondary school education in the corresponding direction.
• 3 years of experience in the production environment.
• 1 year of PLC programming experience.
• Experience with Siemens PLC and HMI programming.
• Experience with specification and implementation of production machines.
• English at least at a communicative level.
• Attention to detail and ability to sort and evaluate facts.
• Managing a range of responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Good orientation in technical documentation.
• Qualification to work with electrical equipment - according to Government regulation 194/2022 Coll. at least section 6 or higher.
• Advantages: production technology; automation knowledge; experience in building automated production lines; experience with the construction of new lines; knowledge of lean manufacturing methods; knowledge of JavaScript (used in Unified Panels); experience with the creation of electrical documentation in EPLAN; knowledge of MS-SQL, MYSQL database systems; experience with robot's programming; C#.
