Your main responsibilities will include:
- Person in charge of recruitment of employees for current and future organizational structure in Mikulov
- Organizational and administrative activities related to recruitment and employment - new recruitment sources, conducting interviews
- Ensuring HR excellence - continuous improvement and harmonizing HR processes, best practice
- Ensure ethics compliance with HR policies, procedures, programs and governmental regulations
- Being accountable for Medical employee care process, administration KPI’s, Labor Relations and Social Legislation
- Caring for existing employees - identification and implementation of employee needs
- Participation in the planning and implementation of PR activities, including joint activities for employees
- Entering data into personnel systems
- Creation of analyses, statistics and reports, management of personal files of employees
- Cooperation with other departments of the company
Ideal candidate:
- Secondary school - Business administration and management
- University degree in HR, Business Management, Economics, Psychology or Law advantage
- Knowledge of HR processes and Czech legislation
- HR experience in operations and R&D environment
- Knowledge of English language at communicative level
- Familiar with MS Office computer package
