For our Mikulov plant we are looking for a colleague for the position of IT Specialist. Our main responsibility will be for ensuring a technical support for our employees and a cooperation within our IT European team. Important part our job will be also securing of a good conditions for a smooth performance of our assembly lines.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support and maintaining the IT Infrastructure security standards to be compliant with our company security policy
- Purchase, evidence, administration and support of basic IT infrastructure equipment, such as computers, network servers, printers, phones, switches, AP
- Optimum IT support for end-users from a different departments
- Cooperation with IT colleagues and compliance with SLA
- Building relationship between IT department and our end-users
- Compliance and enforcement of global IT standards and regulations
- Work with a global helpdesk for administration of issues and requests
- Creation of an IT documentation
- Cooperation with external suppliers
Ideal candidate:
- Secondary education; an university degree in Information Technology or related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a complex IT Infrastructure environment, using centrally provide IT Services (Service Desk, Operations, Design, Engineering, Project Management)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in offering support on IT Infrastructure for: server, clients, printers and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access and required components), voice communication (local and remote)
- Minimum of 3 years ‘experience in direct user/customer interactions, using discussions, troubleshooting and risk evaluation to solve customer issues
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with IT documentation, standards and policies, as well as vendor related processes
- Administrator knowledge of:
- o VMware ESXi / VCenter, Nutanix
- o Windows Server, MS SQL
- o Cisco networking (LAN, WLAN, VoIP)
- o Microsoft networking (DNS, DHCP)
- o Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- o Microsoft Endpoint Managenet (Win10);
- o Active Directory a GPO politics
- o IGEL OS
- o Veeam Backup&Recovery
- English language on a communicative level, written level to be able to create technical documentation
