Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom client/server, mobile, and web applications to support manufacturing processes.
- Analyze existing systems and assist in creating new production information systems.
- Collaborate on the specification and implementation of new machinery into production processes.
- Adhere to company software standards in all projects and machinery.
- Assist in end-user training for new software features and enhancements.
- Cooperate with the Manufacturing Engineering and IT Teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Ideal candidate:
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 1 year of .NET programming experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Database and .NET.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
- English at a communicative level (daily communication with colleagues).
- Focus on detail, ability to sort and evaluate facts, to find logical solutions.
- Previous job experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of lean manufacturing methods is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, OPC, Zebra printers or other manufacturing/operations technologies is an advantage.
